Managing the ImpVis website

Superadmin users have access to can manage the ImpVis website via the 'MyVis' portal. Here they can do the following:
- Manage users: view ImpVis user registration details (not password) and assign user roles. Download the full user list as a .csv file.
- Manage categories: reorder categories and subcategories, create and delete categories, edit category names. When editing, this change will cascade through to wherever that category is used in the database (e.g. visualisation details and cards).
- Manage institutions: add, delete and rename institutions. Any change will cascade through to wherever that institution is used.
- Manage departments: add, delete and rename departments. Any change will cascade through to wherever that department is used.
